ORDER AND PAYMENT

By placing an order with LEDHED DIGITAL, you agree to pay the total amount for the product or service at the time of purchase. Payment must be made in full and in U.S Dollar (USD) via the payment methods provided on our website.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and availability of the product or service. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by shipping carriers. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees, customs duties, and taxes associated with their orders.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

LEDHED DIGITAL offers a 72-hour cancellation policy for all products and services. If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us in writing at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event or shipping date. If you cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled event or shipping date, Partial refund may be issued LEDHED DIGITAL's discretion on a case by case basis. All returns must be authorized by LEDHED DIGITAL and returned in their original packaging and condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with returns.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights to LEDHED DIGITAL products, including but not limited to design images and trademarks, are owned by LEDHED DIGITAL. No unauthorized use or reproduction of our intellectual property is allowed.

LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER

LEDHED DIGITAL is not liable for any damages or injuries caused by the use of our products or services. It is the responsibility of the customer to use our products and services safely and responsibly.
